What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We know trades work odd hours, so we offer flexible self-check-in. Let us know if you need early or late access.

Is there parking for vans?

Yes, almost all our properties have dedicated driveway parking or secure off-street parking suitable for large work vans.

Are bills included?

Absolutely. Gas, electricity, water, and fast broadband are all included in your nightly rate. We also provide cleaning and changes of bed linen included as standard. No hidden fees or surprises.

Can we do laundry?

Yes, every single Trade Beds property comes with a washing machine, drying racks, and an iron/ironing board. You don’t need to hunt down a laundromat.

Do you have a minimum stay?

There is a minimum stay of a week, 7 days. Please contact us if you require a reduced number of nights.

How do I book?

Give us a call on 01778 782756 or use the contact form. For businesses needing bulk or ongoing stays, we can set up corporate accounts with invoiced billing.
