What time is check-in and check-out?

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. We know trades work odd hours, so we offer flexible self-check-in. Let us know if you need early or late access.

Is there parking for vans?

Yes, almost all our properties have dedicated driveway parking or secure off-street parking suitable for large work vans. Some properties also have exterior CCTV for added security.

Are bills included?

Absolutely. Gas, electricity, water, and fast broadband are all included in your nightly rate. We also provide cleaning and changes of bed linen included as standard. No hidden fees or surprises.

Can we do laundry?

Yes, every single Trade Beds property comes with a washing machine, drying racks, and an iron/ironing board. You don’t need to hunt down a laundromat.

Do you have a minimum stay?

There is a minimum stay of a week, 7 days. However, we are happy to be flexible regarding this so please contact us if you require a reduced number of nights.

We also offer long term stays across all our properties.

What locations do you have accommodation available?

We operate all over the UK but currently have properties available in Southampton, Bedford, Peterborough, Portsmouth, Bourne, Leicester and Bristol. Our properties are located in convenient, safe and quiet locations, close to good transport links and amenities.

What accommodation do you offer?

We provide good quality houses in great locations, with flexible sleeping arrangements, parking, fast WI-FI, fully-equipped kitchens and outside space.

We have 3 to 5 bedroom properties available, each of which is well-presented, clean and comfortable.
